In response to customers' requests for quick delivery of larger packages, Thruway now offers trucking for shipments up to 17,000 pounds. We also handle a variety of deliveries such as home medical supplies, machine parts, computer tapes, printed matter and other crucial goods.
With a fleet of 20 and 24-foot trucks, refrigerated trucks, and lift-gate trucks located strategically throughout our service area and dispatched by cellular phone, Thruway Direct can ensure prompt pick-up and delivery 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We specialize in just-in-time trucking, and can combine our trucking and warehousing services to save your company space and people power. All orders are handled on a direct shipment basis.
Thruway Direct is regulated by the Interstate Commerce Commission and the New York State Department of Transportation. All Thruway drivers are bonded and insured to meet all government and private business specifications.
