Delivery service is available for all size and type packages, from a letter up to 17,000 pounds. We also handle a wide variety of specialized deliveries such as home medical supplies, machine parts, computer tapes, printed matter and other crucial goods.
With a fleet of cars, wagons, vans and trucks located strategically throughout the metropolitan area and dispatched via cellular phone, Thruway Direct can ensure prompt pick-up and delivery 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Thruway Direct is regulated by the Interstate Commerce Commission and the New York State Department of Transportation. All Thruway drivers are bonded and insured to meet all government and private business specifications. Above all, we are known for offering the same courteous, friendly service to your customers and vendors that you do.
Behind Thruway's fleet is our experienced dispatch, billing, sales and marketing staff, available to answer your questions about services, rates, bids or billing Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Thruway has a delivery service to meet your specific needs with competitive rates throughout the tri-state area. Expanded coverage ranges from the Mid-Atlantic states up throughout the Northeast, New England and Canada.

Regular Service:
Available within NYC, Long Island, Rockland and Westchester Counties in New York, Greenwich and Stamford areas in Connecticut, and Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic and Union Counties in New Jersey. May be split over two days for your convenience.
Exclusive Service:
Pick-up and delivery within four hours from the time the order is available. Limited to areas within a two-hour drive time.
Gold Service:
Immediate dispatch and direct delivery. Ask customer service representative for approximate time of delivery.
Normal delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Delivery times quoted are for small packages in main routing areas. For outside areas and oversized or bulk shipments, please allow additional time. Corporate discounts available.
